Double Happiness

It's a modern way of thanking your guests without compromising the essence of your tradition. I was told these cupcakes is for the pre-wedding ritual (in Cantonese called "Kuo-Tai-Lai"). After the betrothal meeting, both families will make announcement to their relatives and friends by sending out "Double Happiness" cakes along with the invitations. In this case, the lovely bride has decided to use cupcakes decorated the with the "Double Happiness" word to share their good news with relatives and friends. It's simple yet elegant! Congrats!
