1. How can I make an enquiry on your cupcakes/ cakes?
You may drop us an email at white.daisy33@gmail.com or give us a call/sms at 018-228 1888 any time any day. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

2. What is the minimum order for your cupcakes?
We have 2 standard packages for our cupcakes – 20pcs of 2.5” cupcakes and 30pcs of 2” cupcakes per box. Minimum order of 1 box.

3. What about cake?
For cake, we have 3 sizes, 4", 6" & 8" round cake with at least 3" height. We don't measure our cakes by weight as it will not be accurate due to the decoration on top. To find out which sizes of cake is the best size for your party, as a general guide, 4" cake is for 8 servings, 6" cake is for 12 servings and 8" cake is for 16 servings. Tiers-cake is also available if you have bigger crowd.

4. How do you charge for your cupcakes/ cakes?
The price of cupcakes/ cakes is depending on the complexity of design and size requested. Please share with us the design that you have in mind or you may refer to our collection for ideas. We will send you our quotation once the design has been finalized. However, please note that if you have more than half the quantity of cupcakes with unique design, extra RM10 surcharges will be applied but subject to complexity of design. This is because we will need more time to handmade each of the unique design.

The price of cupcakes/cakes is subject to change without prior notice which normally due to the changes of price for ingredients used.

5. What should I provide to you in order to personalize my cupcakes/ cakes design?
Every order is customized from some ways to another. In order for us to create the cupcakes/ cakes of your wish that could put a smile on your recipient’s face, please share with us more about the recipient and the occasion. We hope to create something memorable for your special occasion.

6. What are the choices of flavour for the cupcakes/ cakes?
Our standard flavours for the cupcakes are chocolate moist and almond vanilla. We do have other flavours such as fruity flavours, aromatic flavours, add-on and flavoured fillings. Apart from this, we also have vegetarian cupcake. Please let us know if you need further details via email.

7. Do you have small gift box for cupcakes?
Yes, we do. We have a few different design of individual cupcake box. Price may vary depending on design. Pls drop us an email should you require more info on this.

8. Can I request fora customised packaging for my baby fullmoon pack?
Yes, you may. Our standard baby fullmoon pack consists of 4pcs of 2" cupcakes, 2 ang ku and 2 red eggs. However, you may also request to have your baby fullmoon pack with or without ang ku and/ or red eggs. Please discuss with us on the combination you like for your baby fullmoon pack.

9. Do you have cupcake stand for rent?
Yes, we do. We have 2 types of cupcake stands available - DIY and acrylic. Deposit is required for any renting of cupcake stand. Upon returning of cupcake stand in good condition, deposit will be refunded. Cupcake stand must be returned within 5 days from the date of collection.

10. Is the colour used safe for kids?
Yes, so far no report received on any allergy caused by the colour used. We are using color gel from Wilton and Chefmaster. Made in US.

11. Are the cupcakes halal?
Despite we are not halal certified, all our utensils used for making the cupcakes/ cakes are “clean”.

12. Where should I pick up my order?
We are located at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.

13. Do you provide delivery service?
Subject to quantity ordered & the availability. We will be charging delivery charges. The amount is depending on location. Please notify us during the discussion if you required our delivery services.

14. How soon can I place the order?
You may place your order at least 7 working days in advance or the earlier the better to avoid disappointment. Order is based on first come first serve basis. For order placed within 3 days, RM10 extra charge applies.

15. How do I make payment for my order?
Upon confirmation of order, we will send you your order details for full/ deposit payment. Payment has to be made within 3 days from the date of our order details and we will proceed to book your slot temporary. Once payment received, your slot will be confirmed. Otherwise, it will consider null & void.

For order at RM200 or lesser, full payment required upon confirmation of order to secure your slot. For order more than RM200, minimum of 50% deposit is required and full payment upon delivery/ pick up.

You may bank in the payment to CIMB 12090012463050 or MBB 512781019235 (White Daisy Cupcakes). Please notify us once payment has been made.

16. Can I cancel my order?
All cancellation must be made 3 days before pick up date. 50% cancellation fee is applicable. Otherwise, we will advise you to proceed with your order. You are allow to postpone the pick up date within next 1 month but subject to our availability.

For cancellation within 3days before pick up date, no refund will be given.

17. Do you provide invoice and receipt?
Yes, only upon request via email.

18. I wish to receive updates from White Daisy Cupcakes. How do I go about it?
You may join our White Daisy Cupcakes group in Facebook by searching for “White Daisy Cupcakes” at the top right corner. For non-Facebook users, you may drop us an email and inform us to add your email into our mailing list.

19. How long can I keep the cupcakes?
You may keep the decorated cupcakes at cool room temperature for the first 2 to 3 days. Afterwards, you may keep in the fridge in an airtight container. However, as all decoration on cupcakes are made of sugar paste, moist in the fridge can soften the decoration or even alter the colors. When the weather is humid, it can also cause the same problem to your decoration. If this happened, please place your cupcakes under the air condition.

20. Can I keep the decoration on the cupcakes?
Yes, just remove the decorations from the cupcakes and wipe clean using dry cloth or kitchen tissue. Keep it in cool & dry place in an airtight container. Avoid strong sunlight as colour may fade off easily.
